1. Booking & Appointments

All bookings at Beauty by GD are subject to availability and require confirmation before they are finalised. I personally review and confirm every booking request.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive confirmation with your appointment details. Please check this information carefully and let me know immediately if anything is incorrect.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking Fees

A fixed booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day.

The booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend your appointment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give me at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in 50% charge of the overall booking price.

If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice (a 'no-show'), you will be charged 100% of the booking price given.

I understand that emergencies happen. If you have exceptional circumstances, please get in touch and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

4. Payments

Payment for services is due at the end of your appointment.

I accept the following payment methods: Cash and Bank Transfer.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Refunds

Your satisfaction is my priority. If you are unhappy with the service provided, please let me know before leaving the salon so I can address any concerns immediately.

If you are unsatisfied with the work carried out, you will be entitled to a full refund whilst still on the salon premises. Once you have left, a full refund will no longer be available.

I will always do my best to ensure every client is completely satisfied with their treatment.

6. Your Responsibilities

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling if there isn't enough time to complete your service.

Please inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, medical conditions or medications that may affect your treatment before your appointment.

I want you to feel relaxed, comfortable and content throughout your visit. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, please let me know.

7. Health & Safety

Your wellbeing is important to me. I maintain a clean and hygienic environment for all treatments.

If you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment to protect both yourself and others.

8. Privacy & Your Data

I take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide is used solely for booking and appointment purposes.

Your data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

In accordance with UK data protection laws, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply to bookings made after the updated terms are published.
